ATHLETE EXPECTATIONS

1. Please be respectful of your fellow athletes and your trainers. Be on time, listen, and pick up after yourself.

2. Leave your ego at the door - it doesn't help you here.

3. Please introduce yourself to all newcomers (or someone you don’t recognize).  Remember when you were the new person?  A friendly introduction goes a long way.

4. We welcome anyone to join us and use our equipment, but show respect. Drop equipment ONLY out of necessity, not as a convenience.

5. This is YOUR gym. Help us continue the evolution of the organization. If you see something, say something. Whether it’s someone lifting with a rounded back, if we’re running low on toilet paper, or if you just set a PR. That is something to celebrate!

6. If you are: an A**hole… you are not welcome here and we reserve the right to show you the door.
