Referral Process

It's simple! Just fill out the official CFS Referral Program form, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll invite your referral to book a free session with us. If they become a paying member, you will receive $50!

A successful referral is when the friend you refer becomes a paying member of CFS. They must maintain an active, paid account for a minimum of TWO months. They cannot have been a CFS member within the previous 12 months and cannot have been referred by someone else within the last 6 months.

Payment Method

The $50 referral bonus will be awarded in a manner decided by CFS. This could be a credit towards your membership, cash, gift card or another method.

You will receive your $50 bonus after the referee becomes a paying member and maintains an active, paid CFS account for a minimum of two(2) months.

Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer. However, bonuses will be null and void if the referee cancels or refunds their CFS account within the stipulated period.
Rules and Regulations

Eligibility.
Participants must be legal residents of the United Stated and at least 18 years of age. Both the referrer and the referee should be of legal age.
Program Period.
The referral program is ongoing, starting from Jan 1, 2024. CFS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.
Referral Bonus.
A $50 referral bonus will be awarded to the referrer when the referee becomes a paying member of CFS. The bonus will be provided in a manner decided by CFS (e.g., credit towards subscription, cash, gift card, etc.)
How to Refer.
Referrers must use the official CFS Referral Program form to be eligible. The referee must sign up using the link provided through the referral to be considered a valid referral.
Valid Referral.
A valid referral constitutes a referee who has not been a CFS member within the previous twelve(12) months and has not been referred by someone else within the last six(6) months. The referee must maintain an active, paid CFS account for a minimum of two(2) months for the referral to be considered successful.
Limitations.
Bonuses will be null and void in the event of a refund or cancellation of the referee's CFS account within the stipulated period.
Disqualifications.
CFS reserves the right to disqualify any participants engaging in fraudulent activities or any activities deemed harmful to the program or company.
Privacy.
Personal Information collected during the referral program will be used in accordance with CFS Privacy Policy.
Liability.
CFS shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this program.
Agreement to Terms.
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Amendments.
CFS reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
