Assessment
Your well-being means everything to us. We believe in a precise, personalized approach by assessing your movements and capacities. Our aim is to challenge you beyond your comfort zone, fostering meaningful progress without overwhelming you. We're dedicated to enhancing your life through training that complements, rather than hinders, your overall well-being.
Training
Join a session that fits your schedule and experience the supportive, friendly atmosphere of our small group training. It's a community of like-minded individuals pursuing dreams, goals, and a clear mind. You'll seamlessly fit in with this group of good people, all working towards personal aspirations. See you at the session that suits you best!
Stay Accountable
Expect daily check-ins from your coach during each class. While we appreciate your self-starting attitude, we understand that forming new habits requires discipline and effort. Our coaching will be there to provide the support and motivation you need, offering that extra push when necessary. Together, we'll turn your fitness journey into a sustainable and rewarding habit.
Keep Progressing
Your membership includes a quarterly 1-on-1 session with your coach. This is all about reviewing progress, gathering feedback (we love growing alongside you, not dictating to you), and planning for our next training block.

Results
Within 6-12 weeks, our clients see improvement across body composition and metrics of performance (strength, stability, conditioning) as well as reported improvements in cognitive well-being.
Drop in
We offer top-notch coaching to both newcomers and seasoned CrossFitters alike who are dropping in to our area.
