10 Lateral Leg Swings

then

10 Minutes for Quality
Glute Bridges w/ 3 Sec Pause
Curl Up (Slow Sit Up)

Add 2 Reps every round for every movement.
Round 1 - 2, 2
Round 2 - 4, 4
Round 3 - 6, 6 etc...
