Strength: Gymnastics Work
Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (4 alternating sets):
Set 1:
10-12 Wide Grip Feet Assisted Pull-Ups (2020 tempo)

Set 2:
10-12 Ring Push-Ups (2020 tempo)

*Alternatives for Ring Push-Ups = Push-Ups on Plates or DB's for extended range of motion.
