For 4 rounds: 1:00 Work of Each Movement.
- Echo Bike for cals
- V-Up for reps
- Line Facing Burpee for reps
- Dumbbell Walking Lunge Step @ 50/35 lbs for reps
- Box Jump Over 24/20 inches for reps
Rest 1 minute between each round

Intermediate/Beginner:
4 rounds for max total reps
Min 1: Max cal Echo Bike
Min 2: Max rep Tuck-ups
Min 3: Max rep Line facing burpees (step over allowed)
Min 4: Max rep DB Farmers Lunge Steps - 35/25lb (15/12kg)
Min 5: Max rep Box Step overs - 24/20in (step down)
Min 6: REST
