Strength: Front Squat
Every 2:30, for 10 minutes (4 sets):
Set 1 – 6 reps
Set 2 – 5 reps
Set 3 – 4 reps
Set 4 – 3 reps
*final set around 8-9/10 RPE, leave plenty in the tank. be disciplined with tempo
*Start the first set light and make more aggressive jumps

AMRAP DB Thrusters @ 50/35lb in Remaining Time until 3 min mark
